Conduct and culture research and policies

This database provides a comprehensive, searchable list of Department of Defence (DND) and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) research and policies relating to conduct and culture change. It also includes research and policies that provide relevant context on factors that may influence workplace experiences, inclusion, accessibility, leadership, representation, and organizational culture across the Defence Team.

About the database:

• This database was created in response to Recommendation 45 in the Report of the Independent External Comprehensive Review.
• The purpose of this initial database is to increase transparency and access to information.
• We are committed to providing access to as many conduct and culture-related policy and research products as possible to enhance the content and usability of this database.
• All policies listed are available online.
• Research reports listed are available upon request in the language in which they exist.
