Cancellation of CATO 11-03, Cadet Program Mandate

1. The Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers Group (CJCR Gp) Strategic Framework is the formation level instrument that establishes the foundational mandate, mission, vision, guiding principles, and governance structure that inform subordinate strategies, directives, policies, and plans.
2. As part of the approval of the CJCR Gp Strategic Framework, the Cadet Program Mandate and the Junior Canadian Ranger (JCR) Program Mandate have been formally updated and incorporated into the Strategic Framework. The Strategic Framework now constitutes the sole and authoritative statement of the Cadet Program Mandate and JCR Program Mandate.
3. Accordingly, CATO 11-03, Cadet Program Mandate, is cancelled effective immediately.
4. Questions concerning the cancellation of CATO 11-03, Cadet Program Mandate can be direction to the Regional Cadet Support Unit Area Offices.
