1. In order to deliver a more accessible, agile, and affordable Cadet Program, the Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers Group (CJCR Gp) has adapted the Sea Cadet Program to a more dynamic delivery model as outlined in references A and B. As a result, references C, D, and E are cancelled effective immediately.
2. Activities outside of the Corps/Squadron Program, such as the Nationally Directed Activities outlined in references C, D, and E, will be planned on an as needed basis and communicated by CJCR Gp as part of the annual Operation Plan.
