1. The functional authority and custodian for managing all Department of National Defence (DND) Real Property (RP) is retained by Assistant Deputy Minister (Infrastructure and Environment) (ADM(IE)). Upon review, it was determined that reference A does not support current practices and policies. Therefore, effective immediately, reference A is cancelled.
2. The management of DND RP and all associated responsibilities, tasks, and processes are in accordance with reference B. Regional Cadet Support Units are required to submit their list of new infrastructure projects and requirements to the Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers Group (CJCR Gp) J4 Infrastructure Officer for tracking.
3. Questions concerning DND RP processes for the CJCR Gp may be directed to the Regional Cadet Support Unit J4 sections.
