Cancellation of CATO 24-11, Cadet Instructors Cadre Quality Management Framework

1. The Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers Group (CJCR Gp), through the National Training Establishment (NTE), provides high quality adult learning opportunities for all Cadet Organizations Administration and Training Service (COATS) members through the design, development, implementation, validation, and evaluation of training.
2. With the stand-up of the NTE, the process for reviewing and ensuring the quality of training provided to COATS members became an internal process conducted in conjunction with J7 COATS, and other Canadian Armed Forces Training Establishments. Therefore, effective immediately, Cadet Administrative and Training Order (CATO) 24-11, Cadet Instructor Cadre Quality Framework is cancelled.
