Cancellation of CATO 24-10, Tender and ORCA Officer-in-Charge Training

1. The Tender and ORCA Officer-in-Charge training was managed and conducted by the Royal Canadian Navy’s Naval Training Group (NTG). As the NTG is no longer offering this training, Cadet Administrative and Training Orders (CATO) 24-10, Tender and ORCA Office-in-Charge Training is cancelled effective immediately.
2. As available training for COATS members continues to evolve, the CJCR Gp will publish all available training courses on the COATS Learning and Professional Development Cadet365 SharePoint site (You are now leaving Canada.ca. Link accessible only on the Cadet365 SharePoint).
3. Any questions concerning the cancellation of CATO 24-10, Tender and ORCA Office-in-Charge Training may be directed to the CJCR Gp National Training Establishment (NTE) at CJR-COATSTraining-EntrainementSAIOC@forces.gc.ca.
