1. The Cadet Training Center (CTC) program has become more dynamic in order to meet the aims of the re-scoped Cadet Program being accessible, agile, and affordable. It is therefore necessary to have a more flexible and responsive approach to CTC organization and planning.
2. Effective immediately, reference A is cancelled. Direction to Regional Cadet Support Unit (RCSU) staff on the conduct and administration of summer training activities, including Cadet Training Centres, is provided annually in the form of an Operation Plan (OPLAN).
3. The Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers Group Headquarters (CJCR Gp HQ) will continue to publish, on an annual basis, direction on the conduct and administration of summer training through the OPLAN to the RCSUs.
