Women and Diversity Health - Research
Research is ongoing to better understand the health needs of military women and diverse populations.
- Clinicians and researchers interested in participating or conducting novel Women and Diversity Health research or health surveillance may consider the Surgeon General’s Health Research Program (only accessible through DWAN) or the Joint Federal Research Funding Program for Military Personnel and Veterans.
- For research projects that request funding under the Surgeon General Health Research Program, a Project Synopsis and Full Proposal must be submitted in accordance with instructions at Surgeon General Health Research Program (only accessible through DWAN). For grant applications under the JFRFP please follow the steps outlined at Joint Federal Research Funding Program for Military Personnel and Veterans.
