Anger management

The average person experiences one anger related incident each day. Anger can vary in intensity, duration and frequency and is even accompanied by physical and mental changes. Courses and workshops are available to help Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members their family members understand how to manage their anger.

Knowing how to manage your anger improves relationships at work, at home and in the community.  It also improves problem solving skills, teamwork and reduces stress and anxiety levels when dealing with anger-producing situations.
