The Office of Disability Management (ODM) provides services that support Department of National Defence (DND) public service employees, as well as their supervisors and managers, with disability-related matters due to injury, illness or impairment.
If your team would like to learn more about these services, ODM offers information sessions that cover the following topics:
- Occupational injury, illness or impairment
- Non-occupational injury, illness or impairment
- Extended medical leave
- Medical accommodation (duty to accommodate)
- Medical retirement
- Government of Canada Accessibility Passport
