Register for MyGCPay external access

The Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) launched MyGCPay external access for all public service employees effective January 20, 2025.

MyGCPay external access allows current and former federal government employees, including students, to securely access their pay and benefits from outside of the Government of Canada (GC) network.

Why register for MyGCPay external access?

• It allows you to access your pay and benefits information at any time and from any place using a personal device.
• It gives employees without access to a GCnetwork a way to check their pay and benefits information, such as employees on leave without pay or on long-term sick leave, and retired employees.

Links to Phoenix or the Compensation Web Application (CWA) within the MyGCPay will not work through external access as these need access to a GC network (for example, to change your section 34 manager or view archived tax slips).
