Conflict Solutions and Services (CSS) invites you to register for an upcoming Conflict and Complaint Management Services (CCMS) information session. Sessions are now available monthly, with the next session taking place on September 26, 2024, and are available on request.

These sessions are excellent learning opportunities for all Defence Team members as we foster a more informed, healthy, and supportive workplace. These sessions will help you better understand the resources and services available to you to navigate conflict and complaints and be better equipped to support co-workers affected by workplace conflict, if the need ever arises.
