CAF members, civilian employees, and Staff of the Non-Public Funds: If you have experienced workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, or sexual misconduct, you can bring your complaint to the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC).

CAF members, civilian employees, and Staff of the Non-Public Funds: If you have experienced workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, or sexual misconduct, you can bring your complaint to the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC).

Members and civilians who choose to go directly to the CHRC do not need to exhaust internal grievance and harassment processes first. The CHRC process applies to both new and existing complaints.
