Attention members of the Public Service Health Care Plan: Mandatory action to complete by June 30!

All public service employees must complete their Positive Enrolment with Canada Life, the new Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP) provider, to avoid out of pocket expenses. If you haven’t done so, you must complete Positive Enrolment with Canada Life by June 30, 2023.

By now, you should have received an email from Canada Life to the email associated to your PSHCP account that includes instructions on how to complete your Positive Enrolment.

If you haven’t received an email, visit Canada Life’s PSHCP Positive Enrolment website and complete all fields. You will need to have access to information about you and your eligible dependants (personal information, insurance provider, plan and certificate number, your bank information, etc.). Your certificate number can be found in MyGCPay (accessible only on the National Defence network), under Benefits > Health Benefits and your plan number can be found on Canada Life’s PSHCP website.
