Student hiring season is here! Career fairs are an efficient and effective way to meet qualified candidates that you can hire into your vacant jobs.  It’s also a great opportunity to find a student who can fill a gap within your team! Don’t forget that hiring students is easy, you can do a direct hire (accessible only on the National Defence network)!

Take a look at the Career Fairs list. By attending career fairs you will:

• Get access to eager students, fresh graduates and experienced candidates who are looking for employment
• Have face to face discussions with qualified candidates about your jobs
• Build your candidate pipeline by gaining access to diverse candidates and their resumes for your future hiring needs
