Check out the 2022 fall edition of the Defence Learning Catalogue (DLC) (accessible only on the National Defence network)!
The DLC has a wide range of learning and professional development activities that are available to Department of National Defence public service employees and their supervisors/managers. It is a great resource to consult when creating 2022-2023 learning and development plans or looking for resources to address a specific learning need.
Highlights of the changes to the 2022 fall DLC
- Values and Ethics Foundations for Managers (FON30) is now mandatory for new supervisors, new managers and new military managers/supervisors of civilians
- DND/CAF ATIP 101 (300103) updated course registration instructions, prerequisite and duration
- DND/CAF ATIP 201 (303210) updated course registration instructions and prerequisites
- Actionable Conversations (303399) updated course description
