Virtual Coffee Talks with the CAF Command Team are back! Interested in joining?

General Wayne Eyre and Chief Petty Officer First Class Gilles Grégoire will hold their next virtual Coffee Talk on Thursday, 29 September via MS Teams. These hour-long, informal sessions will provide a small group of Defence Team members (up to 15 per session) an opportunity to share a virtual coffee with the CDS and CAFCWO and to discuss important issues, both big and small.

The Coffee Talk series offers participants a forum to highlight issues, propose solutions, and learn about the CAF Command Team’s goals and priorities in a relaxed, psychologically-safe environment.

These sessions also provide the CDS and CAFCWO with perspectives from a wide range of voices within the Defence Team and will help nuance their understanding of the issues that are top-of-mind for military and civilian members.

The sessions will operate under the Chatham House Rule to enable the free exchange of ideas. Your perspective is valued and needed to help drive positive change from within our institution.
