Survey of Dietary Accommodation Needs now open to all Regular Force and Primary Reserve members

Let us know about your dietary accommodation requirements by participating in the Survey of Dietary Accommodation Needs. A few weeks ago, invitations to participate in this survey, along with the survey link, were emailed to select CAF members on their DWAN accounts. In order to receive input from as many people as possible, the project team would now like to invite all eligible CAF members who have not yet done so to participate in the survey.

Dietary accommodations include such things as vegan, halal or kosher. They may be related to religious, cultural or other dietary needs.

If you are a CAF Regular Force or Primary Reserve member, the survey team would like to hear from you, whether or not you have any dietary accommodation requirements! You can complete the survey at the following link:  https://survey-sondage.forces.gc.ca/snapwebhost/s.asp?k=165457656151&ML=1

The survey was made to be very brief. Completing it should take only between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on your dietary accommodation requirements. It can be done on any computer or mobile device. Participation is completely voluntary. However, the more CAF members participate in the survey, the more valuable results will be to help Strat J4 Food Services better understand the dietary accommodation requirements of CAF members.
