The exercise requires only 2 to 2.5 hours of commitment, including preparation time; perfect for a busy manager/supervisor!
As a manager/supervisor, Actionable ConversationsTM will help you to gain credibility and confidence with your team. You will engage in a discussion of business principles and lead an informal conversation to apply this principle to a real challenge your team is facing.
