Call for participants: DM/VCDS virtual Coffee Talk on Bell Let’s Talk Day

On Bell Let’s Talk Day, Mental Health Co-Champions Deputy Minister Bill Matthews and Vice Chief of the Defence Staff Lieutenant-General Frances Allen are hosting a virtual coffee talk. It is scheduled to take place via MS Teams January 26.

This informal, off-the-record session will provide a small group of Defence Team members the opportunity to share their thoughts on well-being in the Defence Team workplace and how we can better work to end the stigma associated with talking about mental health.
