The MSEI inventory was recommended to me by the HR staff as it was seen as means of quickly hiring qualified individuals who already had a connection with the CAF. I needed to urgently fill a position, so I decided to explore this option.

At the time I accessed the MSEI inventory, I was the Director Canadian Forces Grievance System under the VCDS. Overall, I found the experience very easy and efficient and the support from the staffing team was excellent. I found an exceptionally qualified person for the position I needed to fill in a very short period of time and I was able to get her on the job relatively quickly.

I would strongly recommend this process to anyone with similar staffing needs.
