Employees: Alternate Section 34 Manager Selection for Summer Leave

If your section 34 manager is taking summer leave, you must select an alternative section 34 manager in Phoenix. Here’s how:
- Open the Compensation Web Application (CWA) (accessible only on the National Defence network) and follow these instructions:
- Select Main Menu > Self-Service > Time Reporting > Select Section 34 Manager
- Add a new row by clicking the plus (+) symbol
- Look up and select the name of your manager
- Click Submit and OK
Departmental timekeeper services are available. Pay forms, including timesheets, extra duty pay, LWOP <5 days, and schedules, can be submitted through the Human Resource Services and Support (HRSS) (accessible only on the National Defence network) portal.
