New process for Priority Payments and Emergency Salary Advances

Do you need to request an emergency salary advance or a priority payment? The process is now simpler and more effective.

Compensation Operations has combined these two separate payout processes into one streamlined approach. If you are missing basic pay, or non-basic pay (such as an acting or overtime), simply submit a request through HRSS and the Compensation team will treat your case as a priority and determine your options for support.

This new process will provide you with direct access to pay Consultation and Employees can now also agree on their preferred repayment option up-front, reducing uncertainties and improving client service.
