The DND/CAF Ombudsman wants to hear from you!

The DND/CAF Ombudsman is currently conducting a systemic investigation into issues affecting military families. This investigation will focus on compassionate postings, including contingency cost moves and compassionate status.  

We want to speak with CAF members and their families to better understand their experiences throughout the compassionate posting process. We will report on our findings, and will provide decision makers with evidence-based recommendations. These will contribute to substantial and long-lasting change to improve the well-being of members and their families.
