Defence Team Manager's Network - Get involved, Get Connected, Explore with Us.
Middle managers are the pillars of our organization, especially now in our new, virtual reality. To better support you, the DTMN is launching a Call-Up Coaching Program on March 8th to connect you with a roster of DND Executives, both current and retired. You will receive coaching based on their years of knowledge and experience as well as invaluable personal insights.
Managers simply join the program and the designated coach will be available on a needed basis for individual coaching. They will help guide you in a completely confidential environment, helping to prepare for you the challenges of tomorrow! We will also be scheduling group coaching sessions on a variety of topics – you don’t want to miss out!
