Defence Team: DND T4/Relevé 1 slips are now available

Tax slips for DND (accessible only on the National Defence network) are now available.

Please note that a number of DND employees will need an amendment to their 2020 tax slip. If you have been affected, a personal email containing further instructions will be sent directly to you.

To access your tax slips, follow this path in Phoenix Self-Service:

• Main Menu > Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > View T4/T4A Slips
• Main Menu > Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > View RL-1/RL-2 Slips

Remember: If you need tax advisory services (accessible only on the National Defence network) due to a Phoenix pay issue, you can be reimbursed for up to $200.

You can also save money on filing your taxes through the CF Appreciation Program (You are now leaving the Government of Canada website). It offers discounted financial services and much more to DND employees and their families. To access the site, make sure you have your CFOne Card (You are now leaving the Government of Canada website).
