The Canadian Forces Recruiting Group (CFRG) is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic CAF members who reflect the changing face of Canada’s diverse workforce to serve at one of 26 recruiting facilities across the country.

Ideal candidates are CAF members who are:

• Passionate and enjoy engaging with Canadians
• Able to identify with employment equity (EE) groups (i.e. women, visible minorities and Indigenous peoples) in order to better relate to potential recruits who can help meet established CAF EE goals
• Strong communicators with both verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient active listeners
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Familiar with social media applications and the latest related technology
• Driven, and love to work independently as well as part of a team

COVID-19 Precautions

The Canadian Armed Forces recruiting system is now open for applications. For certain key steps, recruiting centres are processing applicants in person by appointment only. Strict public health measures are in place to keep both CAF personnel and applicants safe. As the situation evolves so will our recruiting efforts. This will include more online interaction and services to better serve prospective enrollees.
