Defence Team: Change to Time and Labour cut-offs

The timesheet input window for employees and approval window for Section 34 managers are modified for Pay Period 3 (Payment date: February 3, 2021) in Time and Labour.

Phoenix Self-Service

Employees input: Submission of timesheet entries for pay period 3 must be completed by 9:00 p.m. (ET) on Thursday, January 21, 2021.

Section 34 managers: Approval of timesheet entries for pay period 3 must be completed by 2:00 p.m. (ET) on Friday, January 22, 2021.

Human Resource Services & Support (HRSS)

If using Timekeeper services, timesheets for pay period 3 must be submitted in the HRSS portal by 12:00 p.m. (ET) on Thursday, January 21, 2021.
