Virtual Information Session for Newly Appointed Managers of Civilian Employees to DND

The National Civilian Welcome and Integration Team (NCWIT) has created a new virtual course to support newly appointed managers of civilian employees, including military managers of civilian employees. This new 2.5 hour session titled, Newly Appointed Managers of Civilian Employees (HRMS code: 303442), will provide newly appointed managers of civilian employees with the basic knowledge, resources and training that’s required to manage a team of civilian employees at the Department of National Defence (DND).

At this time, we are looking for newly appointed AND experienced managers to participate in our pilot session. The pilot will be taking place mid-November and we are looking for participants to provide us with feedback on our newly designed training so that we can officially launch this course to all newly appointed civilian managers in December 2020.
