Managers, the deadline to complete your mid-year reviews in the PSPM App is 15 October.
Managers should hold a performance discussion with their employees, document the meeting in the PSPM App by 15 October and indicate whether or not the employee is on track to meet their work objectives and core competencies. Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) has confirmed that the actual time frame on which to base performance feedback for the 2020-21 cycle remains the same, as such, feedback for mid-year should be provided for the assessment period between 1 April and 30 September.
