HR-Civ Selected as Finalists for Canadian HR Awards

National Defence is proud to announce that ADM (HR-Civ) have been selected as finalists for three Canadian HR Awards nominations.

The Canadian HR Awards are an annual independent awards program celebrating excellence in the HR profession across the nation. The awards showcase the outstanding HR teams, leaders and employers for their achievements, innovation an exceptional HR practices.

HR-Civ were selected as finalists for the following three awards out of over 600 submissions.

• Most Effective Recruitment Strategy, which highlighted the success of the Military Spouse Employment Initiative (MSEI).
• Most Innovative Use of Technology, which highlighted the success of the HR Go RH app, including the Student Job Match feature.
• Next Generation Employment Innovation, which highlighted the success of student hiring at DND.

Winners will be announced at a gala ceremony held virtually on September 16. Stay tuned to the Maple Lead for more details to follow on the event.
