Update for Defence Team Civilians: Issues with Time and Labour transactions

On June 22, 2020, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) identified a system issue with some of the Time and Labour transactions in the Phoenix pay system.
Section 34 managers and timekeepers may receive an error message when attempting to approve a transaction in the Time and Labour module in Phoenix.
PSPC is working on a corrective measure to address this issue and will provide more information once resolved.
