Hello, I'm Patrick Bickerton and I am a young professional working at National Defence.
With Associate ADM (Material) Simon Page, we would like to extend a big thank you to all young professionals for their steadfast effort over this past year and especially over the past few months.
By quickly adapting to the new realities of COVID-19 you have made a difference for all Canadians.
This year's National Public Service Week will be a bit different than others as the celebrations and recognition will be taking place online.
Even though many of us cannot come together, please make an effort to participate and get engaged as best you can.
Follow the official DND/CAF social media accounts and let us know why you are proud to be a public servant, and join the conversation at #NPSW2020.
Personally, I am proud to be a public servant with National Defence because I know that my work has a direct impact on helping Canadians.
