Friday Update: Main questions from the Defence Team on business resumption (1) How do managers decide who works on-site and who works from home? (2) What’s the guidance on 699 leave, especially for those with child-care challenges?
We’ll discuss that and more at Monday’s virtual town hall with our regional leaders who are driving the BRP process at the local level. Lots of work already underway with more to do.
Each region—and each Base or Wing—will encounter different scenarios based on local health conditions and the operational responsibilities they hold. Check out the Toolkit for supervisors to help communicate with staff:

Our celebrations will—once again—look different than previous years. Whatever you’re doing—do it safely, and wash your hands!
