If you would like to view or access your pay stub, you can call the Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) Client Contact Centre at 1-855-686-4729. They are open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 7 pm eastern time. An agent can explain the details of your pay stub to you over the phone. The Client Contact Center can also provide your pay stubs via epost.
Please do not log into the DWAN to access pay information. Only Department of National Defence (DND) staff conducting essential core activities should access DVPNI from home. This is to minimize burden on the Information Management and IT systems.
