This is not a return to the normal return to the workplace. This is about only those that cannot perform the functions they've been asked to perform at home.
So, there's now a capacity to do a lot more remote work on activities that can be done. But there are things that have to be done at the workplace.
You work on a classified system. We don't have much SCIF space, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, so how do we enable folks to do the critical work for us to remain engaged in the world and understand the environment in which we operate?
So that’s the piece. Only those that absolutely need to come back to the workplace. Others will work at home because we've got increased capacity.
