I think that individuals, as the CDS said, have to identify to us and to their bosses if they're getting burned out because they are taking care of children and they can't work through the day, those kinds of things.

It is a long path ahead and how we return to work and return to the workplace is going to be very carefully managed, but it will depend on individuals. And as I said, we will be asymmetric geographically, we will be asymmetric within L1, we will be asymmetric within environments and we will probably be asymmetric as we come down to the individual level.

If you're burnt out, you have to let us know. We can't fix what we don't know. And how we understand managing the summer with no camps and no daycare, should that be the situation in your location, it's going to take some individual work.

And so, that's why we're having this town hall now. We don't have all the answers now, but we're working toward it.
