- Release Section - Preliminary check of your file (Optional)
- Individual Career and Education Counselling (Optional)
- VAC - Create My VAC Account online
- Verify with Family Services for transition support (MFRC/FTA)
- SISIP - Life Insurance and Finances (Optional)
- CFIRP - Intended Place of Residence, Confirm eligibility with the Release Section (Optional)
- Release Section - Initial Appointment
- TC - Follow-up Personalized Transition Plan (Optional)
- Pension - Order Package (1-800-267-0325), 6-8 weeks prior to release date
- VAC - Transition Interview
- Unit - Confirm unit agreement for protected period of last 30 days
- Unit - Departure with Dignity event with Unit
