Legislative Environment
The Minister of National Defence is responsible to Parliament on matters relating to national defence for the following statutes:
- Aeronautics Act;
- Anti-Personnel Mines Convention Implementation Act;
- Canadian Forces Superannuation Act;
- Canadian Peacekeeping Service Medal Act;
- Defence Services Pension Continuation Act;
