Appendix 2 - Inadmissible Services
- The following services are inadmissible (i.e. not billable to the Government):
- access to storage;
- access to attics and crawl spaces (with the exception of attics in PMQs at CFB Borden and CFB Kingston);
- cleaning;
- connecting and disconnecting appliances (over and above that required to ensure that they are in working condition as required by appliance certification);
- fumigation;
- extra insurance in excess of the authorized coverage;
- mothproofing;
- provision of shipping bases for automatic washers;
- removing or installing valance boxes, curtain rods, wall hooks for pictures, etc.;
- taking up or putting down wall to wall carpets, hall runners;
- removal of built in appliances, and
- extra loading or delivery.
