• Update of the functional authority table (3.1) to include:
  • The transfers of functional authorities from Vice Chief of the Defence Staff (VCDS) to Assistant Deputy Minister (Finance)/Chief Financial Officer.

• This new DAOD provides direction on the management of POL storage tank system with the goal of reducing risk to the environment.

• This new DAOD provides direction on the obligation to prevent, prepare for, respond to and recover from environmental emergencies with the goal of reducing risk to the environment.

• The Application has been updated;
• Update of the Approval Authority from the Deputy Minister of National Defence (DM) and the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS) to the Chief of Military Personnel (CMP);
