As of February 29, 2012, the CFAO collection is no longer available on Internet. However, the CFAO collection is still available on the defence intranet for members of the Canadian Armed Forces and employees of the Department of National Defence (http://corpsec.mil.ca). Please contact DSCS for any electronic copies. In order to process your request in a timely manner, please specify the number and title of the CFAO as well as the date required.
For legal purposes, the paper copy is still considered the official copy.
Please be advised that the CFAOs are in the process of being superseded by Defence Administrative Orders and Directives (DAOD), manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs) or other instruments, or are being cancelled completely with no replacement instrument, as required. As such, CFAOs are neither being written nor amended. The OPI for the CFAO collection is DSCS.
