Entry into Force of the Protocol between Canada and Austria

The Second Protocol amending the Convention between Canada and the Republic of Austria for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital will enter into force on October 1, 2013. The Protocol was signed on March 9, 2012. The Protocol will have effect in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of the Protocol.
