Entry into force of the tax information exchange agreement between Canada and Panama

The Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Panama for Tax Cooperation and the Exchange of Information Relating to Taxes entered into force on December 6, 2013. The Agreement was signed on March 17, 2013. The Agreement has effect in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Agreement.
