Entry into force of the Tax Information Exchange Agreement Between Canada and St. Kitts and Nevis

The Agreement between Canada and the Federation of Saint Christopher (St. Kitts) and Nevis for the exchange of information on tax matters entered into force on November 21, 2011. The Agreement was signed on June 14, 2010. The Agreement has effect in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the Agreement.
