Entry Into Force of the Tax Information Exchange Agreement Between Canada and Guernsey

The Agreement between the Government of Canada and the States of Guernsey, under Entrustment from the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters will enter into force on January 18, 2012. The Agreement was signed on January 19, 2011. The Agreement will have effect in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Agreement.
