Entry into force of the tax information exchange agreement between Canada and the Cayman islands

The Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Cayman Islands under Entrustment from the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters entered into force on June 1, 2011. The Agreement was signed on June 24, 2010. The Agreement has effect in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the Agreement.
