• The Budget; Update of Economic and Fiscal Projections; the Annual Financial Report of the Government of Canada; Long-term Economic and Fiscal Projections; the Fiscal Reference Tables; Memoranda, Presentations and various other briefing materials
• Represent Canada at expert-level economic policy discussions at the OECD
• Branch/divisional budget, Work plans; HR Action Plan; Recruitment, staffing, training, retention and succession planning documents; Branch risk profiles; Productivity, information sharing and lessons learned initiatives

• Cabinet and Treasury Board
• Parliament and parliamentary committees
• Departments, agencies and Crown corporations
• Public and Canadian interest groups
• Provincial and territorial governments
• International economic, finance and trade communities
• Financial market participants
• Staff, Management, Senior Management

• Ensure that the Minister and senior government officials have timely access to relevant information and evidence-based analysis, research and advice on matters that impact the Government of Canada’s economic and fiscal agenda
• Appropriate resources, tools and processes within the Branch to achieve objectives

• Contribute to transparent fiscal planning that supports long-term fiscal sustainability
• Contribute to the effective management of the fiscal framework

• A strong economy and sound public finances for Canadians
