Guidance on conducting a search
Performing a search
- Select the search language from the toolbar at the top of the page (language toggle)
- Fill in relevant fields and select Search
- Results may include title, summary, date, and author
- Reset: Reverts all form fields to their initial values
Reviewing results
- Select a title to view the full document
- Use browser tools to download or print
Search interface overview
- Keywords:
- All these words: Finds pages with all terms
- Any of these words: Finds pages with any term
- None of these words: Excludes pages with these terms
- Filters:
- Date, Publication Type, Topic
Advanced search operators
- Exact phrase: Use quotes (“”)
- Wildcards: Use * or ?
- Boolean: Use AND, OR, NOT, NEAR, and brackets ()
Troubleshooting
- No results? Try:
- Removing filters
- Broader keywords
- Checking spelling
- Page issues? Clear cache or switch browsers
