Why was the policy changed?

A terminology correction was made to paragraph 23 under the section Payments to Inmates and paragraph 2 of Annex B.

What has changed?

The word “allowances” has been replaced with “payment levels” in paragraph 23 under the Payments to Inmates section and in paragraph 2 of Annex B.
